Postage

Shipping rates are normally based on the packed weight of each item, if you are ordering several items then the postage and packaging becomes more cost affective (easier to send several items to same address than individual items). Please note postage rates as you place items in basket you will find that the price of postage will add up as you add more items. Heavier items may have part of postage costs priced in to the item. Prices are subject to change over a period of time and please note that at the moment value added tax is priced in to the items.

Items are packaged to a very high standard then sent out within 48 hours excluding weekends or bank and festive holidays. Usually sent by Parcel force or Royal Mail. Most items are sent with royal mail but more bulky items may be sent with parcel force 48.

.We try to post items as soon as possible but Please allow between 2 to 9 working days for your item's to arrive. If after that time and allowing for weekends and bank holidays your item has not arrived then don't hesitate to e-mail sales@retailgifts.co.uk (or click on sales further down the page) so any problems can be sorted out promptly.

Unfortunately we are sorry to say that at the moment we only deliver to uk main land but in the very near future we are hoping to be sending items around the world.
