Returning Goods

You may return any item purchased for a full refund of the purchase price excluding delivery charge within 14 days of delivery. This may only be done by contacting by email sales@retailgifts.co.uk & requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference.

If you change your mind then goods may be returned within the 7 days cooling off period.  You will be required to cover the cost of the return postage.

Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.
